HOW OUR GROUPS WORK
The Life Medicine Collective offers online group programs, typically running for 8 weeks, designed to foster connection and meaningful transformation. These small, supportive groups bring together like-minded individuals who are ready to explore their inner worlds while connecting with others on a similar path.
Each program weaves together personal sharing, experiential practices, and guided reflection, creating a rhythm that balances depth with safety. Between sessions, participants are encouraged to continue the work through reflective exercises and integration practices.
